Amazon goes to court against EU digital rules, says being treated unfairly

Amazon has become the first US company to challenge the EU’s proposed legislation designed to force Big Tech to police content online. The e-tailer filed a legal challenge with a top European Union court, arguing that it's being treated unfairly by being designated a "very large online platform" under Digital Services Act.
