TikTok COO has quit: Read V Pappas note to employees

The development was first reported by The Information and later Pappas posted the memo she sent to all employees on Twitter. Pappas will stay at TikTok in an advisory role. The news gains prominence because last month the company's head of US trust and safety, Eric Han, left the company.
