What Microsoft said in its appeal against UK's decision to block Call of Duty deal

Microsoft has claimed that the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) wrongly blocked its $69bn acquisition of Activision Blizzard. It has filed an appeal accusing the UK regulator of failing to consider the potential for switching between cloud gaming and native gaming, and not accurately defining the cloud gaming market.
