Apple blocks update to email app with ChatGPT tech, here's why

Apple has reportedly delayed the approval of an update to an AI-powered email app, citing concerns that the app could generate inappropriate content for children. The company claims that BlueMail does not include content filtering and is not fit for children, and because the app could potentially generate adult content, it must use the 17+ age restriction. To gain Apple's approval, BlueMail may need to move its age restriction to 17 and older or include content filtering that Apple deems appropriate.
