US judge blocks Trump administration's TikTok app store ban

A U.S. judge in Washington temporarily blocked a Trump administration order that was set to bar Apple & Google from offering Chinese-owned TikTok for download. U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols said he was issuing a preliminary injunction to prevent the TikTok app store ban from taking effect.
