MIUI 11 beta based on Android 10 is currently rolling out to Xiaomi Mi Mix 3

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is getting a taste of Android 10 through the new MIUI 11 beta that has just been released. Chinese Mi Mix 3 owners are allowed to install the MIUI 11 9.10.23 beta software based on Android 10 - a 2.3GB download. If it all goes smoothly, the Xiaomi will push the update to a broader audience. Some of the features that the new update brings are high-speed cross-platform file transfer, improved screen casting and now supports more than 300 TVs when used as a remote control. Source
