Telegram X gets a major update, introduces Notifications 2.0

Telegram X - the advanced version of Telegram with a couple of experimental features and more granular control over your settings just got updated today. And the update is a pretty big one too. Notifications have been built from scratch and the developers team introduces Notifications 2.0. Now notifications have vastly improved behavior, reliability, added customization and more importantly, they go easier on the battery.
